Uptime LegalWorks is a cloud based document management system directly targeting the needs of lawyers. Documents, emails and notes are organized by matter. It integrates with Windows Explorer, Outlook and all Microsoft Office programs through simple "drag and drop" automation.
All documents, even those input by scanning or received by email as PDF attachments are AUTOMATICALLY OCR'd and indexed for immediate text based searching. And LegalWorks is easily configured to provide local access to your files even when you are not connected to the Internet so you can make changes while you are on a plane or train. Changes will be automatically synch'd back to the cloud when you reconnect.
