Amicus Attorney provides everything needed to run a small law firm except general ledger accounting and check writing, both of which are available through an industry standard integration with Quickbooks.  Matter centric calendar, task and email management, rule based calendar and task creation, centralized contact management, automated document production and document management are all included as is billing and accounts receivable.  A built in "Time Entry Assistant" helps you find things that you did that have not been associated with a time entry - never lose a billable minute! 

 

Also included are a secure client portal for sharing documents, calendar entries and matter status notes with clients - safer and more secure than sharing information vis email.  If you already have a preferred billing system there's a good chance that Amicus can connect to is, allowing you add a comprehensive case management system without have to undergo a billing system conversion.
